The Global Engineering Leadership Program (GEL) responds to the need of both top-performing Engineers as well as Professionals seeking to advance their careers in management of technology-based companies. The Program is based on Professor Sidhu's successful Engineering Leadership Programs and aims to help provide the skills needed to gain and succeed in a management position in a technology enterprise.

The GEL Program is designed to provide top-performing engineers with the business leadership skills they need to advance their careers in Enterprise Management. Since launching last year the GEL Program has attracted engineers from companies including HP, Telefonica, Oracle, KONE, RIM and BASF.

In this Global blended Program engineers are exposed to two innovation and operations projects as well as the latest business trends and thinking from experts in Silicon Valley, Asia and Europe.

The Global Engineering Leadership Program (GEL) is designed for working professionals who have Engineering backgrounds or other professionals who seek to develop or grow further their management potential at a technology company.
