We wish you a truly fantastic year ahead. We are very excited about 2016 and have made plans for more insightful research and more good academic work

The Honorary Award was for Tiffany &co for their ongoing support of sustainable practices in jewelry. We presented Loewe case on 360 degrees sustainable strategy written by professor Joaquin Garralda.

At the beginning of the year we presented IE’s Luxury Barometer: from experts to experts, that identified key ten issues for luxury executives and stakeholders in 2014. We are very grateful to Professor David Millan who was the academic mind behind this project.

The research High Value City Tourism based on 1700 interviews in the selected source markets US, UK, Russia, and LATAM, a vast amount of secondary research, and the opinions of a panel of experts from the hospitality, gastronomy, and cultural industries, high-value retailers and travel media.
